So the first game is at 10:30 please arrive and ready to go by 9:45.

Second game will be either 1pm or 2:30pm. I want to play at 2:30pm although it is up to you J

At the end of Saturday, the teams will be ranked based on points.

If there is a tie, the following tiebreakers will be used:

 

1)       Goal Difference

2)       Goals Scored

3)       Goals Allowed

4)       Head to Head

5)       Coin Toss

 

Sunday, July 11th

All games on Sunday will have a winner.  If the score is tied at the end of regulation, there will be two 5 minute Golden Goal periods.

If the score is still tied, the game will be decided by penalties.

 

Winning team will be receiving tournament T-Shirts.

 


Barbecue after Camp 7/9

Good news/Bad news!!   Bad news -- we are cancelling the location of the BBQ this Friday.  Good news -- it's at the Wallace House!!  The Wallaces' have graciously opened up their doors for a spaghetti feed (to help carb up for the 9 am game the following morning!) on Friday following the last camp session.  They live in Newcastle, close to Kennydale Beach.  So plan is that the girls go directly from camp to Kennydale beach (girls -- please bring your own towel!) for a quick cool down in the lake, then Kailey W. will lead them back to the house in time for dinner.  Parents/siblings are welcome! 

SO please scratch the last list and do a "reply all" for which item you can bring as follows (as well as how many peeps will be attending):

4 Garlic Breads

2 plain French Breads (w/tub butter)

Large Caesar Salad

Large Plain Salad (w/dressings)

Another type of Salad

Brownies (enough for 30)

Cookies (enough for 40)

Large Watermelon (cut up already)

Three melons (already cut up) and Strawberries

Napkins/Plastic Forks/Cups

Large Parmesan (costco size) and butter (for those who don't want sauce)

Please note that camp begins at 9 am. (and not 10 am as previously emailed) next Monday.  Camp will run until 3 p.m.  Again, bring light snacks, lunch and plenty of water  (PLUS SUNSCREEN) since it will be very warm next week! 

 

Also -- we would like to have a quick get together after the last camp session next Friday.  If anyone has a small grill (propane preferred) let me know.  Would like to have all the girls and any parents/siblings who can attend.  It will follow practice at 3 pm with the girls being able to cool down by the river first and hopefully start up bbq's around 4:30ish.  The area we are thinking of is a short distance from where the girls' camp/practice is at.  You see many people walking back there during hot days -- towards the trees.  If confused, talk to me/Pete. 

 

Trying to keep it easy by just doing hamburgers, fruit, chips, drinks, cookies but if you wish to bring something else, just let me know. 

Please sign up your daughter for one/more of the following:

 

Hamburger Patties (may have two people on this one -- will give you # by next Wed).

HAVE YOUR GIRLS BRING AT LEAST A TOWEL (SWIMSUIT TOO -- UNLESS THEY JUST WANT TO GO IN THEIR SHORTS/SHIRTS). 

 

You may want to bring your "soccer" chairs and/or blankets if you want somewhere to sit. 

 


Scrimmage Tournament

Here is the schedule for our scrimmage games. Please bring both jerseys. If you do not have a uniform yet please just wear a white tee-shirt and if we have to wear green we will wear pennies.

The games are at Tahoma Stadium 18200 SE 240th Street, Covington WA 98042

Please arrive by 8:30.

Make sure you have plenty of liquids.

Scrimmage Tournament (Possible)

Hello Fellow Soccer Teams,
 
Our Team, Marauders '93 White, will be hosting an informal Invitational Jamboree type Tournament on June 5th at Tahoma Stadium here in Covington Wa. with a first game scheduled at 9:00 and running through 4:ish. Each game would consist of two 35 minute halves with each Team playing 2 games. Each Team would also get a break in between games so no one would have to back to back games. One other Team besides our Team would have to accommodate the schedule and take a two game break though. We can accommodate up to five Teams including us of course, so first in, first considered. Cost would be a bare minimum of around $30.00 each Team to cover field rental provided each Team could provide a Referee for one game that their Team does not participate in.

Summer Camp

Our week long summer camp is planned for July 5th - 9th, 9am - 3pm. It will be held at Ron Regis Park. If you cannot make that week let me know and we may be able to switch you to another camp later in the month.

Registration, Birth Certificates, Medical Release Forms

To register please go to cascadesoccerclub.org. There are instructions on there website on how to register your player. Please mail the club a copy of your players birth certificate and also have a copy for your coach.
