There are no fee's for attending tryouts.
Players are required to make at least 2 of the sessions if you have a conflict please let the coaches know.
Players please bring a ball, shin guards and water.
Please arrive early (15 minutes) so we can check you in.
We are a girl's select soccer program registered with Washington State Youth Soccer Association via Cascade Soccer Club and Greater Renton Junior Soccer Association. This is our fourth year as a team for 2010. In 2009 we competed in the WSL (Washington Sate League) Division 4. We won the Division (5-1-3) and will probably be competing in Division 3 for the 2010/11 season.
We will be playing in 3 tournaments during the summer and then releasing the players to play High school ball in August.
The WSL begins Jan 2011 through March and then we will participate in the Challenge Cup which extends through April.

To teach the beautiful game of soccer (better and *correctly* known to the rest of the world as Futbol) to Velocity players to the best of the coaching staff's ability. The primary emphasis is on having fun in a highly competitive environment. The girls need to learn how to love to compete regardless of their win/loss record... It's the belief of the coaching staff that if the girls can learn to truly love the 'game' then they'll be able to enjoy the game for the rest of their lives and not get burnt out by worrying about their wins or losses.
